Green Vent sells aluminum HVAC vent covers, registers, and return grilles for residential wall, ceiling, and floor openings, along with linear slot diffusers for a more architectural, low-profile look. We sell these through our own site and through official storefronts on Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy.
Every product is built to solve the same underlying problem: a rusted, warped, or mismatched vent cover is one of the few HVAC components a homeowner replaces without a technician. Green Vent focuses on getting that replacement right the first time — correct sizing, a finish that fits the room, and hardware that installs with tools you already own.

Why We Focus on Aluminum
Most of what's in the vent cover market is plastic — rust-proof, but it goes brittle and cracks over time, particularly in direct sun or with repeated cleaning. Aluminum avoids that failure mode: it doesn't crack, doesn't yellow, and holds its shape while staying lightweight — which is why it's the material behind most of what we sell.
What We Pay Attention to Before You Buy
The return rate on vent covers across the industry is driven almost entirely by one thing: the wrong size arriving because the buyer measured the wrong thing. So the details we control for are specific, not aspirational:
- Every product page lists the duct opening size and the overall face size separately — they're not the same number, and mixing them up is the single most common ordering mistake.
- Specifications are checked against the same reference sheet across every size in a product line, so a 6x10 and a 6x12 in the same collection use consistent measurement conventions.
- Product photos show the actual item, including the back of the grille and the mounting hardware, not just a styled room shot.

How We Operate
Green Vent is a small team — we don't run a call center, and we're upfront about that. Orders placed on greenvent.us are fulfilled and supported directly by us. Orders placed through Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy are covered by that platform's own shipping and return process, since that's how those marketplaces work for every seller on them, not just us.
If a product arrives damaged or doesn't match its listed specifications, tell us which channel you ordered through — that determines whether we handle it directly or the marketplace does.
