Shipping policy

At Green Vent, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery service, we proudly partner with Amazon Fulfillment Services (FBA) for our logistics and shipping operations.


1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • Domestic Only: Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes: Please note that some orders may be delivered by carriers that do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical street address for guaranteed delivery.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Since our inventory is stored in Amazon's warehouses across the US, your orders are processed with the speed and efficiency of Amazon's logistics network.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on Amazon's current shipping rates.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster options (2-day shipping) may be available at checkout depending on your location.
  • "Buy with Prime" Users: If you checkout using the "Buy with Prime" button (if available), you may be eligible for fast, free shipping benefits associated with your Prime membership.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues, which are out of our control.

4. HOW DO WE SHIP?

Your order will be picked, packed, and shipped by Amazon Logistics.

📦 Important Note on Packaging: Please be aware that your package may arrive in Amazon-branded boxes. This is normal as we utilize their professional fulfillment network (FBA) to ensure your Green Vent products arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Carriers: Final delivery may be handled by Amazon Logistics or their carrier partners (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

5. ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

We stand by the quality of our delivery.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@greenvent.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will arrange a free replacement to be sent to you immediately.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost in transit.
