Green Vent started with one product: an aluminum Linear Slot Diffuser. Everything else in our lineup grew from there. Here's how we design what we sell, and what actually happens before a product ships — see how that fits into who we are.
How We Design Our Products
From our first Linear Slot Diffuser, our team has expanded the lineup by researching the market and listening to real customer feedback. Each new size, finish, or product line comes out of that process — not a guess at what might sell.
Where Our Products Are Made
Our aluminum linear slot diffusers are designed and manufactured in-house at our facility in Vietnam. Other product lines are developed with vetted manufacturing partners overseas, built to the same specs and quality standards we hold for our own line.
Quality Control Before Shipping
Quality control isn't a separate step tacked onto the end of our process — it's built into manufacturing itself. Before any product moves to full production, every detail gets checked: fit, finish, and function.
Testing Airflow Adjustment
For products with an adjustable airflow mechanism — like our Linear Slot Diffusers — we check that the blades open, close, and redirect smoothly before they ship. That's a mechanical check, not a lab measurement of airflow output.
What We Don't Test (Yet)
We're not an independent CFM lab, and we don't currently hold third-party airflow certification. The size and free area figures on our product pages come from physical measurement, not certified lab airflow tests. We'd rather tell you exactly what stands behind our numbers than leave that unclear.
